Have you created your journal yet? Have you thought about the change you're going to make to your diet and exercise routines? Well if not, this is your week to catch up. Personally, this water thing has been a bit difficult. I expected that though after coming off of drinking nothing but sodas, juice, and frappucinos for months. It has been so difficult, in fact, that I haven't recorded anything in my journal. So I'm giving myself a week to catch up, and you too. While you're at it, take a picture of yourself at the beginning of this journey. Hopefully, you'll look back at yourself and be unrecognizable because of your own growth.
